Liquidity mining

Only users who lock dynamic liquidity (liquidity tokens) can activate the eligibility to receive Para emissions in the money market. $Para liquidity mining emissions can be declared in total immediately, provided they are converted into locked dLP tokens by pairing declared $Para with ETH/ARB. Alternatively, emissions can be attributed for three months. Vesting of RDNT can be requested in advance for an exit penalty for a reward of 10-75%, decreasing linearly over a three-month vesting period.
